Commercial Collector

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Commercial Collector. As a member of our O2C team, you will play a vital role in managing client relationships, resolving disputes, and ensuring timely payment from clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships, including communication via sales channels and direct interaction with customers.
• Resolve disputes in a fair and efficient manner.
• Prepare customer aging analysis to identify potential issues.
• Execute dunning processes to ensure timely payment from clients.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review clients' credit risk and limit status.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the O2C function.
• Ensure robust compliance environment with applicable policies, procedures, and processes.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration.
• Prior experience in collections, disputes & credit management functions in a shared services environment as an asset.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (B2 or higher), German would be an asset.
• Good accounting background as an asset.
