Responsibilities- Establishing open and honest communication: regular feedback processes with team members
- Maintaining information flow between teams
- Setting performance expectations and objectives for each team member
- Monitoring critical services and addressing problems as they arise
- Ensuring timely resolution of production-affecting issues
- Contributing to recruitment activities for new team members
- Participating in domains and engineering alignment meetings
- Co-implementing deployment and configuration strategies
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of DevOps or SRE experience, and at least 1 year of experience as a Tech Lead, SRE Lead, or DevOps manager. The ideal candidate will have effective communication and collaboration skills, proficiency in English, and excellent analytical skills. Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of SRE, DevOps, and Agile principles, as well as practical experience in Amazon Web Services, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD solutions, and Linux environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and driving their team, contributing to technical feasibility evaluations, determining technical approaches, and ensuring high-quality service operation.
