Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Visual Designer to join our team at Cognizant Technology Solutions Poland Sp z o.o. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing visual design elements, updating storyboards, and creating various graphics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing design concepts, updating visual storyboards, and creating skill badges.
  • Creating client-centric cloud graphics and digital materials, including slides, data sheets, and marketing assets.
  • Designing and developing a library of images and illustrations to enhance the training content visually.
  • Ensuring all visual designs meet client branding standards and accessibility requirements.
  • Collaborating with the Program Manager to develop slide content that meets Accessibility standards.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in visual design.
  • Fine Arts or Visual Design degree, equivalent academic or industry experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate design requirements and create client-compliant visual designs.
  • Experience with Page Layouts, Graphic Design, User Interface Design, Infographic, and Visualization.
  • A clear understanding of Design Principles and the ability to create interactive designs.
  • Desirable skills include Team Coordination/Management, Video & Audio Editing, G-Suite, and Workspace.
