We are seeking a Senior Bioinformatics Software Engineer to join our team responsible for Oncology Data Science Platforms. The primary objective is to develop data computation tools that support scientific decision making, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
">Main Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data analysis pipelines for sequencing data (NGS).
- Maintain and improve existing bioinformatics tools and workflows.
