Technical Architect for Python Applications

PandaDoc Poland Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością is searching for a Technical Architect for Python Applications to join our Application Platform Track. In this role, you will design and implement the technical architecture for our Python applications.

Our goal is to improve overall system reliability, streamline the release process, and establish clear code ownership. We own several mission-critical domain services and are responsible for making them robust, efficient, and easy to integrate.

This role involves designing the technical architecture for our Python applications and ensuring it aligns with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement the technical architecture.
  • Build and maintain application architecture.
  • Follow agile development processes (Scrum framework).
Requirements:
  • At least 10+ years of development experience with Python.
  • Strong understanding and experience in AsyncIO.
  • Experience with relational databases (SQL queries, migrations, optimization).
  • Solid experience with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, NATS, Kafka).
  • Good understanding of the development cycle from requirements analysis and deployment to application monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience in developing microservice architecture.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in developing applications within both monolithic and microservice architectures.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
