As a Financial Reporting Specialist at Noble, you will play a crucial role in producing month-end and year-end financial reporting and tasks. Your key responsibilities will include performing period-end reporting activities, maintaining accruals and prepayments, ensuring the accuracy of reported numbers, and providing necessary information for financial disclosures.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare bank and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Participate in the preparation of statutory financial statements and data requested by auditors.
  • Manage balance sheet positions by ensuring up-to-date matching, collecting supporting documentation, and investigating old or unreconciled positions.
  • Process transactional activities, queries, issues, and open items in a timely and service-oriented manner.
  • Operate within agreed controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the design and implementation of process enhancements.
  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Our Requirements
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial accounting or reporting.
  • Proficiency in written and oral English, with a minimum B2/C1 level required.
  • Solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
  • Experience navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of process standardization and improvement methodologies.
  • Understanding of internal controls and risk management principles.
  • Service-oriented approach to query handling and a solution-focused mindset.
  • International mindset and experience working in a global business services setup.
  • Bonus: knowledge of fixed assets and experience with fixed asset records, including acquisitions, disposals, depreciation calculations, and valuations.
