As a highly skilled Multilingual Breakdown Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive unparalleled support during breakdown situations, leaving a lasting impression of satisfaction with our brand.

Cross Border Talents is hiring on behalf of one of globally renowned brands in vehicle manufacturing to fill a dynamic role as an Action Coordinator in Ghent, Belgium.

This is a hybrid position that requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work within a rotational shift system.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between customers, drivers, and dealers to swiftly resolve breakdown issues and facilitate vehicle uptime.

Breakdown Management: Manage breakdown cases across Europe, communicating fluently in the customer's native language and efficiently navigating designated systems for essential information.

Problem-Solving: Prioritize customer needs and adhere to established breakdown processes with meticulous attention to detail.

Team Collaboration: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach in all interactions, fostering a positive, proactive attitude and continually striving to exceed expectations and contribute to team success.

Continuous Learning: Embrace a culture of continuous learning, supporting team development and sharing knowledge.

Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Highly proficient in English with at least two of the following languages: Polish, Czech, Lithuanian, German. Other Eastern European languages are considered a plus.

Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to a flexible shift schedule.
