Role Overview

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is accelerating its digital journey, driving consumer digitalisation and innovation in the European market. To achieve this goal, we are seeking a skilled Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our Personalization at Scale (P@S) efforts.

The selected candidate will work closely with our Media team to ensure effective deployment, codification, scaling, execution, and tracking of P@S activation and First Party Data acquisition across all campaigns in Europe.

This role requires:

  • To optimise assets reutilisation from PepsiCo's DAM Platform
  • To personalise marketing strategies across sector campaigns
  • To plan digital campaigns utilising 1st-party data
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, codifying, scaling, executing, and tracking Personalization @ Scale strategies and campaigns, working closely with BU Marketing Teams, Media Agencies, Media Insights, and Key Media Partners.

Specifically, the objective of this role is to:

  • Identify barriers for audience-first campaign development and activation, and define ways to overcome them via education and resources
  • Ensure Personalization @ Scale and First Party-led planning is implemented across campaigns, codify learnings into cases, and scale it across broader marketing teams
  • Execute and optimise campaigns together with TCP managers of Snack and Beverage in Europe, including proper use of DAM Platform for asset reuse
  • Act as an ambassador of DAM solution and its connected tools to leverage platform capabilities
  • Track results of Personalization @ Scale implementation, communicate learning, and ensure implementation in further planning
  • Report productivity for the above activities
