Senior Biostatistician

About the Role

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Biostatistician to join our Biostatistics team. As a Senior Biostatistician, you will be responsible for leading the development of statistical design and analysis policies, providing expert consultancy across the stats function, and working directly with sponsors, study teams, programmers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage statistics support to one or more projects/sponsor programs of work, ensuring needs are fully met by expert and timely statistical consultancy and support.
• Provide statistical leadership to projects within clinical research, with a focus on providing expert-level project statistician experience.
• Develop and implement statistical design and analysis policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Must be computer literate and numerate with a proven ability to adapt to various computer systems.
• Hands-on expert-level project statistician experience in providing statistical leadership to projects within clinical research.
• Expert in a broad range of statistical applications across all phases (I to IV) of Clinical Research, with a thorough knowledge of regulatory standards, SAS, and other software applications.
• Experienced professional statistician with a minimum of an MSc in Statistics.
• Experienced in guiding/mentoring other statisticians.
• Previous experience of leading studies as a Statistician within clinical research.
