About the Role

  • Catena-X is a digital platform for cross-industry data exchange and collaboration within the automotive industry, aiming to improve efficiency and innovation.
  • Contributing to the development of the EDC as a connector from companies to the Catena-X network, with a focus on easier implementation and usability.
  • Enhancing use cases in the field of business partner data management, traceability, and engineering.
  • Supporting operation topics within the team.

About the Qualifications

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, industrial engineering, or comparable qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a software developer.
  • Deep knowledge of web development with Full-Stack programming, preferably Java as the main language, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python.
  • Profound experience with designing, implementing, testing, and deploying software.
  • Collaborating effectively with external development teams to ensure smooth integration of various systems.
  • Good knowledge of APIs and implementation of system integrations.
  • Contributing to open-source projects, particularly within the Eclipse Foundation or similar associations.
  • Solution-oriented, structured, and self-organized way of working.
  • Fluent in English, German is a nice to have.
