HR Business Partner Professional

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Poland. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes and supporting our delivery and engineering managers.
- Your primary responsibility will be to manage the performance review process, providing guidance and support to both managers and employees throughout.
- You will also advise managers on employee development matters and assist in creating personalized development plans for soft skills.
- Monitoring dismissal risks and collaborating with managers to mitigate these risks is another key aspect of this role.
- In addition, you will support and adapt our orientation program for new hires.
- Facilitating training sessions on internal systems and processes, as well as soft skills development, is essential.
- Tracking HR metrics that impact employee engagement and communicating findings with relevant managers is critical.
- You will work closely with our global team to create and maintain our HR processes and policies, both globally and regionally.
- Supporting the organization of internal events is also an important aspect of this role.
- Finally, you will collaborate with our global HRBP and Compliance team to ensure alignment and consistency across all locations.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR BP role in IT companies, with expertise in onboarding, adaptation, performance reviews, professional development, culture, and engagement.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and results.
- Fluency in English and Polish is required.
- A positive attitude, personal maturity, and readiness to tackle challenges head-on.
