At NTT DATA Poland, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Solutions Architect to lead our CX DreamTeam. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing solution architectures that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of multi-vendor service integrations, cross-functional software, operating systems (OSes), and infrastructure designs. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

About the Role:

  • Develops solution architectures: Contributes to designing solutions in specific business, infrastructure, or functional areas.
  • Evaluates architectures: Identifies and compares alternative approaches, considering cost, performance, and scalability trade-offs.
  • Creates solution specifications: Produces detailed specifications for cloud-based or on-premises components, tiers, and interfaces, using selected services and products.
  • Supports project execution: Prepares technical plans and applies design principles that comply with enterprise and solution architecture standards, supporting change programs or projects.
  • Manages client requirements: Takes responsibility for understanding client needs, gathering data, delivering analysis, and resolving problems.
  • Tracks technology trends: Monitors the external environment to stay informed about emerging technologies.
  • Communicates knowledge: Creates reports and technology roadmaps, sharing knowledge and insights with others.
  • Designs solution components: Designs components using appropriate modeling techniques, following agreed-upon architectures, design standards, patterns, and methodologies.
  • Considers stakeholder needs: Creates multiple design views to address the concerns of different stakeholders and handle both functional and non-functional requirements, including proof-of-concept (POC) development.
  • Maintains design quality: Reviews, verifies, and improves own designs to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Contributes to service development: Provides knowledge and contributes to the development of new go-to-market services relevant to specific industries (verticals).
  • Operates across domains: Works across both technical and business domains within the enterprise architecture and value chain to develop holistic and integrated solutions.
