As a key member of our Revenue and Operations department, the Omnichannel Activation and Supply Manager plays a critical role in promoting, selling, onboarding, and servicing products built by our technical teams and departments. The mission is to drive a deep focus on a 360-degree commercial strategy that helps take new products to market and promote and maximize clients' usage and experience with existing products.
This role requires evangelizing omnichannel internally and with Adform clients to drive more omnichannel spend through the DSP, developing unique supply with a core focus on broadcasters, and creating omnichannel commercial initiatives to facilitate activation with clear plans and demand. The team is expected to be an outward-facing ambassador for Adform on all things omnichannel and help shape the perception in the market for Adform.
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include identifying clients and building a demand pipeline for omnichannel activation across all channels, maintaining a pipeline of omnichannel opportunities for each region/country, and arranging monthly (minimum) omnichannel sessions with country/regional teams to assess opportunities. The successful candidate will also collaborate with regions to support clients and new business by attending meetings and contributing to RFPs, and work with partner vertical leads to understand GTM partner initiatives to activate in the region and establish relationships.
Qualifications:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with proven account management and commercial experience at an online tech company (5+ years), track record of managing accounts and GTM initiatives, broad industry experience in ad tech and technologies, strong analytical and technical background as well as business acumen, and higher education in business management, economics or similar. Preferred skills include working in an ad tech role covering more than 1 country or region, experience of CTV, DOOH, Audio or Online Video.
