In this role as a IT Portfolio Management Lead, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of professionals who share your passion for innovation and excellence.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Refine, improve, and promote standards and methods for IT Project Management and quality assurance.
  • Strengthen existing PM services and engage in developing new services such as IT project assessments, PM support, reporting on progress, resources, finance, costings.
  • Engage in development and implementation of a framework for strategic IT Project Portfolio Management which aligns to company goals and supports strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and develop reports/dashboards to provide insights on portfolio health, risks, etc.
  • Facilitate activities in the IT Project Management community of practices and collaborate with PMO teams across various departments in IT.
  • Develop new and improve existing IT Project Portfolio/Project Management training materials, train PMs based on best practices.
  • Support the implementation and promote usage of the PM and PPM tooling (ServiceNow - SPM module).
Qualifications
  • Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of working experience in areas of IT Project Management/Project Portfolio Management in global companies.
  • Knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies such as agile, waterfall, Prince2, PMP, ideally also certified in PM or PPM.
  • General knowledge of IT processes and technologies.
  • Experience with PPM Tools, ideally ServiceNow SPM module.
  • Masters/Bachelor's degree preferable in Information Management Systems, Business Administration.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
