This role involves hands-on development work, collaborating closely with the lead, Product Owner(s), Product Architect(s), and other DevOps teams to understand business needs and convert them into solution architecture specifications and services in line with overall engineering standards and roadmaps.
Main Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business requirements
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, and scripts to enhance CRM functionality
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with Power Platform, Azure services, and third-party applications
- Collaborate with business teams, product architect, lead, and business analyst to understand requirements and implement them in the system
- Optimize CRM performance, security, and scalability
- Develop and maintain custom dashboards, reports, and Power BI visualizations
- Work with Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments
- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and user training
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, commerce, business, or related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in CRM technology, specifically working with Microsoft Dynamics 365(CRM)
- Strong technical skills, including experience with coding and scripting languages
- In-depth understanding of CRM
- Experience with CRM systems, data modelling, and integration with external systems (e.g., APIs, ETL processes)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset
