Job Description
We're Flashpoint, a leading international investment manager focusing on tech companies founded by talented entrepreneurs from emerging Europe and Israel. Our diverse range of funds covers Venture Capital, Growth Debt, and Direct Secondaries, catering to various stages of company growth.

We're currently searching for a skilled Analyst to join our Flashpoint Secondary Fund, specializing in Direct Secondaries. This fund invests in growth-stage tech companies acquired from their original shareholders. Your role will involve analyzing markets, conducting financial analysis, and collaborating with colleagues on deal origination and due diligence.

Main Tasks
- Carry out detailed market research to pinpoint potential investment opportunities
- Develop robust financial models to assess proposed investments
- Participate in collaborative efforts with team members to prepare for due diligence and deal execution

Necessary Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field like finance, economics, management, or computer science/IT
- Significant experience in growth capital investments, investment banking, or a related area
- Exceptional analytical, modeling, and financial skills
