We are currently expanding our team and seeking highly motivated individuals with fluent English to join us as Human Resources Specialists.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between employees and payroll providers to address queries and ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Provide guidance on employment and labor law topics to employees and managers.
- Support managers and employees with workplace-related queries and documentation.
- Manage HR documentation and employee lifecycle processes, including contracts, extensions, terminations, and annexes.
- Maintain and update employee data in the HR system and coordinate changes with the payroll provider.
- Evaluate compliance with labor law and maintain proper record-keeping of employee files.
- Handle non-EU employee documentation.
- Oversee employee benefits administration and communication.
- Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback during offboarding.
- Documented labor law course or certificate.
- Polish proficiency at C1+ level.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- A thorough understanding of employment regulations and HR processes, along with hands-on experience in implementing them.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
- A hybrid work model.
- Working hours between 9 AM and 5 PM.
- A positive atmosphere with excellent work-life balance (a 30-minute lunch break included in the 8-hour working day).
