About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PEGA Developer to join our team at ITDS Polska Sp. z o.o. As a PEGA Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Pega applications that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver high-quality projects on time
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards
  • Document software development processes and solutions to maintain clarity and facilitate future maintenance and development
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during development or after deployment
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of PEGA tools and best practices, with experience in PEGA PRPC, rules, case management, and BPM concepts
  • PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) certification is a plus
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing PEGA applications
  • Comfortable working in flexible project management styles, such as Scrum or Kanban, and using tools like Jira
  • Openness to leading other developers and managing PEGA projects effectively
  • Practical experience in connecting different systems (integrations), using APIs, and creating complex rules in PEGA
  • Effective communication skills to ensure understanding among technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in performance tuning and optimization of PEGA applications
