Job Description

  • Oracle HCM Integration:

  • Test Automation with Tricentis:
    • Develop and execute automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca to ensure high-quality testing and efficient testing cycles.
    • Manage test cases and test data for Oracle HCM modules to identify defects and ensure timely resolution.
  • Test Management:
    • Coordinate and lead test activities, including planning, execution, and reporting to ensure that tests are executed efficiently and effectively.
    • Mentor and guide junior test analysts in best practices for test automation and Oracle HCM integration to promote knowledge sharing and skill development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Oracle HCM Skills:
    • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) and its modules to design and implement effective solutions.
    • Experience in managing employee data, recruitment processes, training, and employee development to drive business outcomes.
  • US Payroll Integration Experience:
    • Proven experience in integrating US payroll systems with Oracle HCM to ensure compliance with US payroll laws and regulations.
    • Understanding of US payroll laws and regulations to design and implement compliant solutions.
  • Tricentis Automation Experience:
    • Proficiency in using Tricentis Tosca for automated testing of Oracle HCM to ensure high-quality testing and efficient testing cycles.
    • Ability to create and manage automated test cases and scripts to identify defects and ensure timely resolution.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field to provide a solid foundation for technical and business skills.
    • Relevant certifications in Oracle HCM and Tricentis Tosca are a plus to demonstrate expertise and commitment to ongoing learning.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM, US payroll integration, and test automation to bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
