• Co-creation of new directions for the development of insulating gases used in the energy industry is also crucial.
• Candidates should be able to cooperate and coordinate the work of research facilities internally and externally.
• Participation in standardization bodies is also expected.

• A university degree in fields such as materials science, chemical technology, chemistry, petroleum engineering, or gas engineering is required.
• Experience working in a research and development department is necessary.
• Participation or management of R&D projects is also required, with certificate or graduate studies in project management being an asset.
• Knowledge of insulation gas application technologies is essential, with experience working with new technologies being an advantage.
• Familiarity with fluorinated greenhouse gases matter is also required.
• English language skills at an intermediate level are necessary.
