We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Controller to lead the accounting function of our Client, a prominent company in the FMCG sector.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the local accounting team, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations,
  • Supervise daily accounting operations, including period closings, financial reporting, and cost control,
  • Develop and implement robust accounting policies, procedures, and controls tailored to the company's operational needs,
  • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with local regulations and international standards (e.g., IFRS),
  • Collaborate with external advisors to handle tax matters, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks,
  • Support internal and external audits by coordinating with auditors and ensuring smooth processes,
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in accounting operations,
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in senior accounting roles, preferably within the FMCG or related industry,
  • Strong knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations,
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to develop and motivate teams,
