Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with design and art teams to ensure seamless game mechanics, features, and visuals.
  • Drive the technical architecture to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Be hands-on, actively involved in coding, debugging, and creative problem-solving.
  • Undertake code reviews and offer constructive feedback to maintain top-tier code quality and best practices.
  • Support an atmosphere of collaboration and inclusivity, promoting open communication and the sharing of knowledge.
  • Engage with product managers and stakeholders to establish project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into your development process as needed.
  • Offer guidance and support to your team members, helping them tackle technical challenges and foster their professional growth.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks while suggesting solutions to meet project requirements and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • 3D game development experience using the Unity engine, with a strong portfolio of successful game projects.
  • Deep understanding of game development principles, including gameplay mechanics, physics, AI, and optimization techniques.
  • Fluency in C# programming language and the Unity Editor, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Experience working with 3D graphics pipeline, including shader creation and optimization.
  • Problem-solving capabilities and a knack for thinking creatively to conquer technical hurdles.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, fostering seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Deep passion for gaming, coupled with a strong user-centered approach, and a sharp focus on providing outstanding player experiences.
  • Effective leadership and a commitment to maintaining a harmonious equilibrium between technical roles and leadership duties to meet project goals and foster team growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
