About the Role

Selvita is a global integrated drug discovery partner for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. We are seeking a highly skilled Biologist to join our team in Kraków, Poland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze biological results and draw conclusions regarding their activity.
  • Design and conduct experiments with eukaryotic cell lines.
  • Run cell line banks and mycoplasma tests.
  • Implement new research methods and protocols as needed.

Requirements

  • MSc or Ph.D. in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related disciplines.
  • Experience in laboratory work in academic units or a company in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.
  • Experience in carrying out standard tests, such as cytotoxicity, and Western blot analysis.
  • Experience in cell culture and primary cells in vitro.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Active participation in task performance and problem-solving attitude.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
