About This Opportunity:

This role is part of our Global Payroll Process Centre of Excellence (GPPCOE) team. As a Project Manager, you will work on implementing payroll applications and BPO projects globally or locally within specific regions. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the delivery of operationally excellent projects on time and within budget.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project management deliverables, ensuring timely completion and quality.
  • Create detailed project plans, identifying sequence and dependencies of activities.
  • Maintain issue and risk tracking, collaborating to define mitigations or closure.
  • Manage scope, quality, budget, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Lead project teams to successful handoffs to operations, ensuring objectives are achieved.
  • Evaluate lessons learned and implement improvements.
  • Support Management of Change (MOC) leads in communicating changes effectively.
  • Coordinate testing plan development with the Global Testing Lead.
  • Identify and address resource issues.
  • Ensure proper communication within the project team and stakeholders.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience managing payroll systems implementation in a global organization.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Prince2).
  • Familiarity with payroll and time-tracking systems.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree; Workday and Alight Worklife knowledge considered a plus.
