Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and organized professional to provide administrative assistance to project managers, ensuring the smooth execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide timely assistance to project managers, including scheduling meetings, organizing project documentation, and facilitating effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in preparing and distributing project reports, tracking financials, and managing resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Timeline Management: Maintain accurate project timelines and contribute to meeting project deliverables on time.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange project-related meetings, capturing action items, and follow-ups to maintain productivity.
  • Tool Utilization: Leverage project management software to track progress and report on project status.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in a project environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and project management tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
