Job Overview
We're seeking an exceptional Senior Quantitative Research Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key contributor, you'll lead day-to-day delivery of exciting research projects, driving from concept to completion. You'll work closely with our Client Directors and Senior Research Managers to deliver sharp, actionable insights to leading blue-chip companies.
Your Responsibilities will Include:
- Utilizing excellent analytical skills to drive research project success.
- Fostering a flexible and adaptable mindset within our international organization.
- Effectively communicating with clients and presenting findings.
- Demonstrating professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Working independently and collaboratively as part of a talented research team.
- Leveraging expertise to manage all aspects of a research project (from survey setup to client delivery).
- Expressing yourself proficiently in English and Polish, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- A plus if you have experience with SPSS.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A first-class degree from a relevant university (e.g., Marketing, Business, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, or Communications).
- At least 4 years of experience with quantitative research methods and techniques. Brand health tracking research experience is beneficial.
- A passion for brands, digital media, and making a lasting impact on people.
- An interest in interpreting numbers and turning data into compelling stories for clients.
