About the Career Starter Program

The Career Starter Program at Marsh McLennan is a fully paid internship program designed for students and graduates looking to gain their first working experience in a multinational company. As a participant, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and inclusive work environment, working alongside a diverse team of professionals from various nationalities.

Key Responsibilities

As an intern, you will be responsible for supporting various processes from the insurance lifecycle, including ensuring client details are correctly captured in our systems, preparing documents for clients and colleagues, reviewing policies and contracts, creating invoices, and collecting information about claims faced by our clients. You will also have the opportunity to participate in team meetings, events, and trainings, and take part in an internship project of your choice, developing your skills in an area of your interest.

Requirements

To be eligible for the Career Starter Program, you must have a good command of English language and a minimum B2 level in a second foreign language (Dutch, German, French, Italian, Spanish, or Swedish). You should also be a student or graduate looking to gain first working experience or change your working path, and have solid knowledge of MS Office package. Additionally, you should have an eye for details and basic analytical skills, be well-organized and fast-learner, and enjoy working in diverse teams.
