Job Description:


We seek a seasoned Lead DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in cloud technologies, operating production workloads, and implementing continuous improvement processes. Your expertise will be pivotal in establishing and maintaining the infrastructure required to support our state-of-the-art GenAI services. As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing the infrastructure required to support our innovative GenAI services.



  • Architect and maintain scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure tailored for GenAI applications.
  • Oversee the operational aspects of production systems, ensuring their reliability and uptime.
  • Champion infrastructure as code (IaC), automation, and orchestration to streamline deployment and operational tasks.
  • Drive continuous improvement processes for system monitoring, disaster recovery, and security compliance.
  • Lead incident response initiatives and post-mortem analyses to mitigate future risks.
  • Collaborate with software engineering teams to ensure DevOps best practices are embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Mentor DevOps team members and promote knowledge sharing to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in DevOps, systems administration, or related roles, with a proven track record in cloud-based environments.
  • Expertise in managing cloud infrastructure services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud networking architectures.
  • Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
  • Strong command of containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, ECS).
  • Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) and implementing observability in complex environments.
  • Skilled in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and automation of routine tasks.


Salary:


The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
