Job Description:

The Employee Experience Manager will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and compliant execution of core HR operations in alignment with local labor laws and corporate standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring accurate collection of documentation for newly hired employees and contractors in line with Polish labor law and corporate requirements
  • Handling and processing civil law contracts in a timely manner
  • Verifying work permits and ensuring compliance with all formalities for employing foreign nationals
  • Preparing, maintaining, and storing employment contracts, annexes, amendments, and termination documentation
  • Developing and implementing effective onboarding processes for employees and contractors
  • Managing and maintaining employee/contractor data with ZUS (Social Insurance Institution)
  • Maintaining and archiving personal files in accordance with legal standards
  • Monitoring and tracking expiration dates of medical certificates, employment agreements, and health & safety training
  • Coordinating with the H&S inspector to schedule and record mandatory safety training
  • Administering and updating HR systems
  • Performing other HR-related tasks as directed by your supervisor
