About the JobThe successful candidate will provide consulting services to various clients, focusing on the development and optimization of HR service models. This is a unique chance to leverage your expertise in HR transformation and contribute to the growth and success of our clients' businesses.
Your Key Tasks- Process Improvement: Drive process improvements and efficiencies in HR service delivery, identifying opportunities for innovation and cost savings.
- Client Engagement: Manage client relationships, developing trust and credibility through exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
- Technology Adoption: Collaborate with client IT and HRIS teams to integrate technology and automation, streamlining HR processes and enhancing the employee experience.
- Change Leadership: Lead change initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new service models and delivering training and support as needed.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure that HR service models comply with specific laws and regulations applicable to each client, maintaining high standards of compliance and risk management.
- Business Strategy: Work closely with client leadership stakeholders to develop business case models, identifying required changes, efforts, and investments, and balancing these against expected returns on investment and benefit achievements.
- Education: A bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Human Resources, demonstrating your expertise and knowledge in the field.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of practical project experience in HR transformation and a minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience, showcasing your depth of understanding and skills.
- Technical Skills: Proven track record of successfully implementing HR technology solutions, including HRIS, ATS, and other HR software, to enhance organizational efficiency and employee experience.
- Leadership Experience: Practical experience in project management in the HR environment, with extensive experience in HR process design, optimization, and transformation.
- Collaboration and Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders.
- Fluency: Fluent in English (written and spoken), with strong presentation and moderation skills.
