Job Description:We're seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team and lead the development of our trading systems. As a key member of our technology team, you'll be responsible for leading a small team of engineers, fostering a collaborative culture, and having a coaching and mentoring mindset.
You'll also be responsible for driving the adoption of engineering best practices, evaluating new ideas and frameworks for continuous improvement, and contributing to broader architectural discussions.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to drive innovation by discovering new technologies, reviewing tooling, and making suggestions on improving our current solutions and ways of working.
Some of the key skills and qualifications required for this role include expertise in writing clean, robust, and testable C# code, good understanding of design patterns and OOP principles, and solid knowledge of cloud platforms, ideally Azure.
You'll also need to have previous experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and event-driven architectures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
