The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for sustainability, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

• Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, or business (Master's preferred)
• 2+ years in sustainability-related roles with a focus on green initiatives
• Professional certifications (e.g., LEED AP) desirable
