Job Description
As an Order Management Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and manage orders for Health System products. In our Philips Health Systems - Sleep and Respiratory portfolio, you can find devices that support breathing and monitor sleep.
Your Role:
- Responsible for taking care of the end-to-end ordering process
- Managing orders (checking configuration, booking order, shipment tracking, etc.)
- Cooperating with other departments (account managers, project managers, product managers) related to sales processes
- Providing support, preparing offers and orders with further standardizing and documenting the way of working within the team
- Using SAP
- Participation in relevant events (training, strategy meetings)

You're the Right Fit If:
- You have some experience in fields related to customer service, order management, procurement, supply chain, logistic
- You speak French fluently and use English on at least B2 level
- You are an excellent problem solver and have good organization skills
- You are a team player and have good communication skills
