We are seeking an experienced Industrial Quality Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our industrial operations.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and technical skills. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI)
• Managing a team of quality professionals to maintain high levels of quality and efficiency
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement improvements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Master's degree in engineering or equivalent
• Special Process Qualification minimum at Level 1 according to Quality Academy criteria's
• Experience in managing Quality tools (Problem solving, Lean Six Sigma, ...)
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization

We are looking for candidates with:

• Railway experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial quality management
• Knowledge of Quality standards and tools

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including:

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
