Senior Project Coordinator Job Description

The Senior Project Coordinator role at Innovaderm Research is a critical position that requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and coordinating support for site activation activities and other site level deliverables through all phases of the clinical trial lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare Investigator Sites: Review and approve essential clinical trial and regulatory documents to ensure compliance with applicable Health Canada and FDA regulations/guidelines.
  • Establish Site Activation Timelines: Coordinate activities with selected sites to meet planned activation timelines and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Communicate with Clinical Sites: Collaborate with clinical sites during site start-up to ensure timely activation and minimize delays.
  • Collaborate with Functional Departments: Work with other functional departments to ensure alignment of activities and meet site activation targets.
  • Escalate Risks: Identify and escalate potential risks to site activation schedules to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to clinical research or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or equivalent position in clinical research and in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and/or CRO industry.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in English (written and oral); good knowledge of essential documentation requirements for clinical trials.
