Main Responsibilities:

  • As a finance business partner, you will provide actionable management insights and guide commercial decisions toward profitable growth.
  • You will go beyond standard actuals understanding toward forward-looking business development to influence business stakeholders in decision-making.
  • Performing classic controlling activities such as budgeting, on-time and quality month-end closing, actual results reporting (e.g. Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow etc) and forecast preparation incl. variance analysis.
  • Preparation of management information and ad hoc commercial and business analysis for decision making e.g. contract/project or customer profitability.
  • Support financial statement audit and internal control policies compliance.
  • Support strategic and long-term planning.
  • Continues process improvement and simplification combined with tasks automation.
  • Provide advice and support to the finance and business community on reporting and accounting matters.
  • Management of finance master data, allocations and structure including recurring reporting preparation.

What do we expect from you:

  • Minimum 3-5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Master degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Self-motivated and result-driven personality with project management skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive improvement in processes incl. effective communication is a must.
  • Sound business acumen, demonstrating the ability to combine the key commercial and financial drivers with understanding of core business issues and challenges.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel is a must.
  • Strong presentation skills incl. Power Point knowledge.
  • Knowledge of SAP and related SAP BPC tool will be an asset.
  • Fluent command of English and Polish is a must.
  • Ambitious and open for future development.
