At TTEC, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Digital Sales Representative with Ukrainian and English capabilities, you'll play a key role in creating and delivering amazing experiences while working in a dynamic, family-friendly atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

  • Service and enhance relationships with current and future customers through professional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Analyze and strategize how to manage and upsell accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Work in a target-driven environment with individual sales targets and collaborate with a larger sales team to increase the customer base.
  • Consult with clients to provide the best-selling solution for their advertising campaigns and encourage them to try new marketing strategies.
  • Navigate clients to implement campaign suggestions and build strong, trusting relationships by optimizing their accounts and increasing program revenue.
  • Meet personal productivity requirements (KPIs) daily while contributing to the overall team sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Verbal and written bilingual communication skills in both Ukrainian and English.
  • Sales aptitude and goal orientation.
  • Computer savviness and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Residency in or ability to work in Warsaw, Poland, or relocate to our facility in Krakow.
