Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and support junior engineers, providing guidance and encouragement to help them grow professionally.
  • Provide technical direction and guidance on software development best practices, architecture, and design principles.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and data science teams to define project scope and requirements.
  • Implement agile methodologies to enhance process efficiency and promote the adoption of innovative technologies.
  • Participate in the development of features for both the front end and back end of the project.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of commercial experience in the industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • 2+ years of experience in team management, with a strong ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Extensive experience in the FinTech and cryptocurrency sectors, with a deep understanding of industry trends and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript/React.js, Node.js/NestJS, and Docker.
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate+.
