Job Overview:

HSBC Service Delivery is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Risk Management Professional to join their team in Europe.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and risk management, with experience in managing information security risks and maintaining a robust cybersecurity control environment.

About the Role:

This role will involve supporting country leads in Germany and other European countries in managing information security risks and maintaining a robust cybersecurity control environment.

The successful candidate will also maintain contact with internal global SECA Cyber teams and forums to provide top-down information on SECA controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Country Leads: The Cybersecurity Risk Management Professional will support country leads in Germany and other European countries in managing information security risks and maintaining a robust cybersecurity control environment.
  • Maintaining Contact with Global Teams: The successful candidate will maintain contact with internal global SECA Cyber teams and forums to provide top-down information on SECA controls.
  • Providing Expertise: The Cybersecurity Risk Management Professional will provide expertise and support to country leads on SECA controls design and governance.
  • Collaborating with Stakeholders: The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver a Cybersecurity strategy and enhance stakeholder value.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

  • Proven Technical Cyber Security Knowledge: The ideal candidate will have proven technical cyber security knowledge and risk management skills.
  • Experience in Cyber Security: The successful candidate will have experience in cyber security, ideally in vulnerability management.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Cybersecurity Risk Management Professional will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to Operate in Matrix Structures: The successful candidate will be able to operate in matrix structures and multicultural environments.

Industry-Recognized Certifications:

  • ISO27001, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC: The ideal candidate will hold industry-recognized cybersecurity-related certifications.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
