About the Role
We require a seasoned .NET developer who possesses strong technical skills in VB.NET and MS SQL, as well as fluency in Spanish (B2 level or higher) and excellent English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for incidents, service requests, and enhancements as a Level 2 and Level 3 engineer.
- Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for complex technical issues.
- Work with a range of technologies including VB.NET, SQL Server, ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC, and Web API.
- Quickly absorb application knowledge and collaborate effectively with current team members.
- Manage customer interactions to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors for software upgrades.
- Identify operational improvements and propose enhancements.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools.
- Assist in testing activities by creating test data and executing test cases.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven expertise in VB.NET and MS SQL.
- Fluency in Spanish (B2 level or higher).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Able to work effectively in a remote team environment.
