Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to manage all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting for the Testronic Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in accounting or finance, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting operations, including General Ledger and Cost Accounting for the UK entity
  • Support the month-end and year-end close process for the UK entity
  • Participate in the annual financial audit
  • Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, including the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and non-financial KPIs
  • Support the monthly management reporting process
  • Manage and coordinate the financial reporting platform for the Testronic Group
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Proven working experience as a Financial Controller, ideally with 2+ years of experience
  • Knowledge of international accounting principles and procedures would be a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance reporting systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
