Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Storage Architect to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data storage solutions that meet the needs of our business.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of block and object storage technologies, including PURE Storage arrays, Cisco SAN Fabric switches, and Hitachi Content Platform (HCP) Object Storage platform product suite.

You will work closely with peers to engineer solutions, develop designs, new products, standards, and roadmaps. Your expertise will help ensure the global Block and Object Storage estate is available, performant, stable, and resilient, and delivers to expected service levels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement data storage solutions that meet the needs of our business.
  2. Provide technical guidance and direction on all aspects of block and object storage design and support.
  3. Take accountability for delivery of initiatives and projects as the technical lead.
  4. Ensure the availability, performance, stability, and resilience of the global Block and Object Storage estate.
  5. Harness automation technologies to simplify and increase efficiencies.
