About the Role

As a Reporting Consultant at Workday, you will play a key role in helping our customers unlock the full potential of our cloud-based enterprise software. With a strong background in reporting and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to drive success.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Delivering high-quality reporting solutions to meet customer business requirements
  • Providing expert guidance on Workday reporting best practices and configuration
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and adoption
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest Workday features and roadmap to ensure customers receive the best possible solutions

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Reporting Consultant who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of experience in reporting and software consulting
  • Strong understanding of Workday reporting concepts and configuration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
