As a Digital Content Specialist at TN Poland, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners. Your role will involve producing and publishing content, writing, editing, and proofreading, as well as formulating content strategies and managing subject matter experts and content teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to conceptualizing, creating, and distributing new messaging and content supporting our corporate strategy, purpose, and brand.
  • Drive the implementation of global content across regions and Operating Companies.
  • Prepare briefs for marketing production teams, campaign plans, Intranet articles, presentations, etc.
  • Manage multiple projects in simultaneous stages of evaluation, engaging and driving cross-functional teams and managing external agencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of agency experience or in a similar role as a Content Manager.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Native English or proficiency is a must.
  • Experience with social media management.
  • Creativity and the ability to develop original content.
  • Ability to develop content that provokes engagement.
