DiPocket Limited is a leading Fintech company offering turnkey white labelled embedded payments solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and documenting the detailed functional and non-functional requirements of the business.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze and document business requirements in a relevant, traceable, testable, and verifiable format.
  • Develop workflow diagrams, use cases, business rules analysis, process flows, data flows, and test cases.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and negotiate business requirements.
  • Support system change processes from requirements through implementation.
  • Understand different internal stakeholders' needs by gathering various data related to finance, sales, legal, and other teams' processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
  • Experience with process analysis, requirements gathering, and automation projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
