Your Role in Digital Transformation

At BSS Poland, we're committed to driving digital innovation across our organization. Our Application Development team is a trusted partner to all business functions, implementing custom applications that enhance how our teams work and make decisions. We're seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team.

OPEX Program

Discover operational growth excellence with us through OPEX, a key initiative for Beiersdorf Europe & North America, delivering incremental net sales opportunities. OPEX is a repeatable growth program using new data points and analytical approaches to cover all growth levers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Create initial designs and prototypes in relevant tools, such as Figma, for interactive review with business stakeholders.
  • Engage with internal users to design smooth user experiences and interfaces for our digital solutions.
  • Iteratively refine designs based on user needs and hand over detailed design specifications to IT developers for implementation.
  • Design holistic product user experiences while fulfilling business requirements and observing technical constraints.
  • Develop user interface standards and champion the importance of user-centered design.
  • Ensure detailed designs match high-level designs and are traceable to requirements in functional specifications.
  • Ensure designs adhere to architectural roadmaps and support development, execution, and operations of services.
  • Comply with sprint backlogs in terms of activities prioritization.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Experience in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.
  • Strong knowledge in design, wire-framing, and prototyping tools.
  • Either work experience in designing Web Applications and/or experience in designing analytical dashboards.
  • Intermediate experience with Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Experience in Azure Dev Ops, JIRA, Atlassian or similar.
  • Good understanding of business KPIs and how they relate.
  • Proficiency with Power BI is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a self-organizing environment and eagerness to continuously learn.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Foundation in agile way of working.
  • Problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking (functional driven design).
  • Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced set-up.
  • Strong drive and proactive attitude towards achieving results.
  • Proficiency in English (written & spoken); German is a plus.
