Job Summary

This role is responsible for analyzing credit risk and performing creditworthiness analysis of customers to make informed decisions about order releases and credit limits.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Follow up and communicate with internal and external customers to ensure prompt payment of receivables and resolution of disputed open items.
  2. Make decisions about releasing blocked orders based on credit risk assessment.
  3. Maintain accurate credit data and collection files, including electronic collection notes for each customer account.
  4. Identify root causes of issues causing receivable aging and report findings to management.
  5. Collaborate in designing and implementing processes to improve efficiency in credit risk management.

Requirements

  • Secondary education in a related field (preference for Business or Finance) and experience in a similar role.
  • Strong business writing and communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with effective evaluation.
  • Ability to apply basic accounting principles in interpreting customer financial statements.
  • Customer focus and interpersonal skills to secure helpful resolutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a stressful environment.
  • English language - active level (verbal and written) and Danish language - intermediate level (a great asset).
