IT Solutions Architect Role:

This role involves developing foundational knowledge in stable financial technology Mainframe through a 3-week intensive training led by experienced Cobol developers.

As a Junior Software Engineer, you will develop testable, efficient code to support diverse and complex IT solutions that meet our customer's requirements.

You will work closely with the Product Owner and other teams to ensure optimal solutions for incoming business requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing technical and procedural documentation necessary for software.
  • Actively contributing as a team member by taking responsibility for developing and implementing IT solutions and new technologies.
  • Engage in scrum events to share experiences, introduce new ideas, and foster an environment that promotes professional and personal growth.
