Cybersecurity Strategist

This Regional Information Security Manager position in EMEA will play a critical role in protecting employees and assets within the region. As an individual contributor, you will work under the direction of the Director of Cybersecurity Delivery Office to provide advice and counsel to internal customers and Security Coordinators.

• Security Process Development: Identify, develop, implement, and maintain security and Crisis Management related processes to reduce risks, respond to incidents, and limit exposure to liability in all areas of physical, information, and personal risk.
• Crisis Management Exercises: Lead EMEA region crisis management table top exercises annually.
• Security Risk Assessment: Assess security and emergency risks for Rockwell Automation facilities, employees, executives, and other assets in multiple forms, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of security threats, terrorism risks, and potential impacts to reduce risks to employees and assets.
• Facility Security Projects: Ensure the implementation of facility security projects for all new or retrofitted company locations primarily in the EMEA Region, providing global oversight as the subject matter expert.

We seek a highly experienced professional with at least 10 years of experience in EMEA, holding a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent corporate security experience, and certification as a CPP or equivalent.
