Purpose of the Role:

As a Credit Risk Management Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining technological solutions that support the management, monitoring, and reporting of risk in commercial real estate lending portfolios. This will involve creating efficient data processing workflows, developing applications using Java and React, and maintaining and optimizing databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create efficient data processing workflows for risk analysis and management.
  • Develop applications using Java and React to support risk management operations.
  • Maintain and optimize databases to ensure fast data access and security.
  • Convert business concepts into data models using specialized modeling languages.
  • Improve system performance and reliability by analyzing and optimizing existing code.
  • Participate in training programs on new technologies and tools for personal and professional development.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with a strong emphasis on ETL processes and system integration.
  • Advanced knowledge of Java, React, and database technologies such as Sybase ASE, Sybase IQ, and Snowflake.
  • Ability to transform complex business requirements into effective technological solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and present complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Knowledge of Slang Infrastructure and Alloy is a plus.
